Yoga Haven Opens Second Studio in Scarsdale, New York

Premier Tuckahoe Yoga Studio Expands Reach in Lower Westchester

December 2011 – Scarsdale, NY – Yoga Haven (yogahaven.com) will open a second studio in Scarsdale, NY on Monday, December 5, 2011.  A grand opening party will be held from 6 to 10 pm on Saturday, January 21, 2012.  The new studio will offer a large range of classes in a variety of styles throughout the weekend, including family yoga, restorative yoga and partner yoga.

Yoga Haven has been a leading yoga studio in Lower Westchester for the past 15 years since the doors opened in Tuckahoe in 1997. The studio was the winner of Westchester's Magazine Best Yoga Studio in 2001, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010.  

“The decision to expand our reach and open a second studio was a natural one,” says Betsy Kase, owner and director of Yoga Haven.  “Our students are continuing to look for a safe and tranquil place to learn, explore, and grow and we want to provide them with this environment.  We hope this new yoga studio offers a space where people can continue to find the community and resources we have been providing for years in Tuckahoe.  A major focus of this new studio will be classes, workshops, as well as support and education for women in many stages of their lives.”

About Yoga Haven

Yoga Haven first opened in Tuckahoe in 1997 to provide a little piece of tranquility in our very busy lives.  The studio offers a full range of yoga classes based on a variety of techniques and styles, massage (bodywork), acupuncture, workshops on topics related to your everyday life, as well as yoga and meditation supplies.  The studio also runs a 200-hour yoga teacher-training program each year, along with many other teacher-trainings including prenatal, restorative and kids yoga.
