Book Ideas for Young Adults at Scarsdale Library

5 things to know to start your day

1. Not Your Kids Book Club for Adults: For parents, writers, educators and book lovers interested in books for young adults, the Scarsdale Public Library is sponsoring a monthly program of contemporary literature for young adults. Scarsdale resident and author Sheela Chari (“Vanished”) will host the first session. Free, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Scarsdale Public Library, 54 Olmstead Road, Scarsdale.

2. Grow Your Business with Email and Social Media: A workshop that will provide companies and nonprofit organizations with ideas for growing their organizations using email marketing and social media. To  register call Carol at 914-721-8208 or email bjc@greenburghlibrary.org. Free, 6:30 p.m. Greenburgh Public Library, 300 Tarrytown Road, Elmsford.
