Precious Gems Spring Cotillion 2014

Do you know a young lady who is interested in participating in workshops, special events and community service projects? If so then she is invited to apply for the Precious Gems Spring Cotillion program 2014. All girls ages 8-18 are invited to apply. Applications are due by November 20th 2013.
