Weinberg Nature Center to host first Family Campout!

Family Campout*& Movie Night


Saturday September 21st—Sunday September 22nd


Time: Sat 5pm-Sun 11am (Rain date: TBD)

Admission Fee: $100 per family

*Also available at $10pp outdoor safety activities followed by movie with S’mores and popcorn (no overnight camping)

Where: Weinberg Nature Center


Pitch a tent and pack a bag for an overnight campout at Weinberg Nature Center.


Approximate Schedule: 5:00pm-Setup, 5:45 outdoor safety activities 6:30pm–BYO picnic dinner, 7:30pm-S'mores & popcorn, 8:30pm-movie (BYO seating), post-movie activities for night owls. After breakfast we will go for a hike.


Parents are responsible for their children, ALL CAMPING EQUIPMENT such as tent, sleeping bags, pillows, insect repellent, flashlights, chairs and or blanket and Saturday’s Dinner.


WNC will provide s 'mores and breakfast Sunday Morning. All activities are optional
