Westchester Reform Temple (WRT) invites the community to join with them on Saturday, September 8, 2012, at 8:00 PM for a "TED-style" forum in as each of the rabbis and
cantors will share a short talk that gives a window into what ignites their passions, animates their spiritual leadership, and shapes their vision of Judaism and the Jewish future. The evening is inspired by the popular online TEDTalks (www.ted.org), with the concept of "ideas worth spreading," from some of the world’s most inspired
thinkers. Senior Rabbi Jonathan E. Blake will be joined by Senior Cantor Jill Abramson, Associate Cantor Mia Fram Davidson, and recent additions to the WRT clergy Rabbi Marcus L. Burstein and Assistant Rabbi David E. Levy.
This memorable evening will be followed by a dessert reception and Havdalah, and conclude with a meditative Selichot service with music and prayers inviting all into the
contemplative spirit of the High Holy Days. This event is free and open to the public.
