More Bronx River Parkway Closures Coming Up Between White Plains and Yonkers

Everyone is advised to find alternate routes.

There will be new road closures on the Bronx River Parkway next week from White Plains to Yonkers.

The closures will happen at midday and at night so that the construction crews can relocate temporary concrete median barriers and adjust travel lane widths while they work on the west abutment footing and retaining wall.

The night time closures will occur from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Aug. 12 and 13 in both northbound and southbound directions from the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers to the Westchester County Center (Exit 22) in White Plains.
