Developers are asking the Scarsdale Board of Architectural Review on Monday to consider the construction of new houses on Richbell Road and Lincoln Road.
The Richbell Road house is being considered for 10 Richbell Road, and the application is presented by Donguri Management of Scarsdale. For the second house, Lincoln Rd. Realty LLC is seeking to build a house at 53 Lincoln Road.
The two houses are among several items under consideration by the board on Monday.

Other items include a garage addition at 15 Richbell Road; the installation of solar panels at 1247 Post Road; a retaining wall at 15 Circle Road; a multi-family development at 2-4 Weaver St.; and a new pool, cabana and addition at 10 Rochambeau Road.
Monday’s meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Rutherford Hall in Scarsdale Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale.
