Popham Road Bridge Lane Closures Tuesday

The lane closures will be between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4.

Scarsdale, Edgemont and Greenburgh drivers should plan ahead for some alternate routes and possible traffic tomorrow.

According to Greenburgh Police Chief Joseph J. DeCarlo, some Popham Road Bridge Replacement Project construction will impact drivers' routes on Tuesday, December 3, from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Plan for eastbound and westbound lane closures over the Popham Road Bridge.

DeCarlo said in an announcement that the "bridge lane closures are necessary for contractors to saw cut surface grooves in the new concrete deck."
