Power Back At Scarsdale Rec Office
The Recreation Department has power, but the Weinberg Nature Center and Corell Park remain closed.
There is some good news in Scarsdale for the Recreation Department. The village office now has power and the office also has phone, email and internet access for the first time since Hurricane Sandy hit.
The Recreation Department issued an announcement stating that both the Weinberg Nature Center and Corell Park remain closed until further notice.
"Please use caution at all recreational and park facilities while we work diligently on storm clean up," the department stated.

Parents and kids, be sure to change the calendar. The Halloween Window Painting Awards Ceremony is postponed and will now be held on Tuesday, November 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Quaker Ridge School Auditorium.
