If you peek in the window, you can see that everyone is getting ready for a special night at Scarsdale's Vintology Wine & Spirits. Manager Elizabeth Miller and company are holding a special "Best of California" wine tasting reception, amid their Hawaiian art exhibit. The art exhibit, which highlights Hawaiian artists Carol Bennett and Mike Field's work, was installed on May 13 and runs up until June 30.
"This particular gallery that we're working with is called Elisa Contemporary Art. They're located in Riverdale," said Vintology Wine & Spirits Manger Elizabeth Miller. "This is our second show with them. And she's curated a show featuring two Hawaiian artists -- and it's aquatic and beach themed."
If you are interested in checking out the Scarsdale scene tonight, the event runs from 7-11 p.m.
"This evening is the reception for the exhibit. And to go along with the aquatic and beach theme, because there is no wine in Hawaii necessarily that's worth talking about, we're getting as close as we can and doing a festive California wine tasting," said Miller.
