Win Twice for Being Best Decked Holiday House

Scarsdale's holiday spirit is becoming visible everywhere you go, with house after house glittering with holiday lights.

Patch has launched a Deck the Halls holiday contest. Semi-finalists will have their electric bills for the month of December paid by Patch and the winner will be awarded $100,000 toward their local schools.

You've got nothing to lose and an audience to gain. After you submit your photo of your holiday display on Patch—starting Thursday—Patch users can then vote on the Best Decked House in their neighborhood. The winner of that will represent our city in the national contest.

Then, Patch judges will vote on the winners from all 860 Patch towns nationwide and select 24 finalists who will compete at the national level. The 24 finalists each will have their electric bills paid by Patch for the month of December, up to $500.

The contest officially begins Thursday so stay tuned.
