Anticipated Vacancies - Mamaroneck Public Schools

The school system is anticipating teaching job openings at all three levels, elementary, middle and high school, for the 2014-15 school year. Among the positions officials expect to fill are social studies, special education, chemistry, mathematics, reading, earth science and school psychologist.




Executive Secretary - Phelps Memorial Hospital Center

Executive Secretary provides support to Board Committees, VPs and Sr. VPs.  They also assist in the work of other Administrative Secretaries or the Executive Assistant in their absences and as the need arises.

GraduationSource is seeking someone to be the surgeon of accuracy, enter orders, make sure customers orders are double checked and entered correctly.




Scheduling Coordinator (Full-Time) - Children’s and Women’s Physicians of Westchester, LLC

Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator include, but are not limited to, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient demographics and insurance information, entering information into the system, verifying patients' insurance coverage prior to patient's appointment and advising patients of any insurance referrals or authorizations needed.



Medical Biller (Part-Time) - American Hearing Aid Associates

Candidate must be an aggressive medical insurance claims collector who demonstrates the ability to process claims accurately and in a timely manner, and who understands how to minimize denials.
