Calling All Scarsdale Small Business Owners

From candy stores to wine shops, local bars to kids' gyms, Scarsdale Patch has held office hours at numerous businesses throughout Scarsdale over the past 11 months.

Not only did we provide a cool treat on a hot, summer afternoon at All Good Things, Patch users enjoyed a wine tasting at Vintology, sampled sweets at Scarsdale 5th Avenue Chocolate Works and Imagine Candy, had an adult night out at The Garth Road Inn and SpotLite Cafe and let the kids play at Great Play in Scarsdale.

Although some businesses have offered coupons, discounts and samples–there is no cost for the business and no set up–other than a table and chair for the Patch staff to use.

As for Scarsdale Patch, your local editor will come in to teach the community how to use the Patch.com sites, blog, add events and announcements, sign up for a newsletter and chat about everything and anything local. And there is always a bit of Patch swag to go home with!

Currently, we are looking for hosts for our office hours starting in June. We book one office hours event per month, with the exception of March-May 2013, when your Patch editor will be out on maternity leave. We give preference to businesses that have not held office hours with us, yet.
