The menu for this one-day "pop-up" event follows:
First course
House-made ricotta gnudi
Spring green pesto
Second course
Grilled lobster with leek and American caviar
Third course
Duo of pork. Coffee rubbed pork loin and braised belly
Fourth course
Buttermilk panna potta
Amaretti, and saba
Patrons are invited to bring their own wine.
Korn has been holding pop-up dinners at different venues since early 2012.
Reservations are available from 6 to 10 p.m. and can be made by sending an e-mail to kelly@good-lifegourmet.com. The cost of $60 per person includes tax but not tip.
