Community Update

This is the worst buying experience I've had in 36 years. I purchased a piece of glass to protect an unfinished wood table and I was told it would take about a week. I sent a check (same day as order) to get the glass made then heard nothing and spent about 4 weeks calling and sending emails with no response. I couldn't use my table for the holidays b/c these guys not only did not deliver but did not respond to my frequent calls/emails.

Eventually I got the owner on the phone (he did not call me back, I had to keep calling until he eventually picked up the phone) and he promised me it would be delivered the next day...and it wasn't.

The owner had the audacity to then promise me a discount on my next purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS- THEY ARE TERRIBLE! THIS IS A COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!
