March is Women’s History Month. Celebrating this year's theme
of women of character, courage, and commitment, Scarsdale Adult School is proud to present an evening with award-winning journalist Lynn Povich. Author of The Good Girls Revolt, Povich will engage in conversation with cultural historian Lori Rotskoff, as they discuss the professional women at Newsweek who filed the first female class-action lawsuit for employment discrimination.
This special event is on Tuesday, March 18, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Scarsdale High School. Tuition is $20. Students should call 723-2325 for a discounted rate. Advance registration is highly recommended.
