NEW ENGLAND YOGA CHAMPION DEMONSTRATING AT BIKRAM YOGA SCARSDALE FEB 9TH AND 10TH
Free Yoga Demonstration and Free Yoga Classes
Bikram Yoga Scarsdale, located at 450 Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale will host the New England Regional Yoga Champion, Ashley Ogilvy, this weekend, February 9th and 10th. Ms. Ogilvy will perform a yoga demonstration at 2 pm on Saturday and at 2 pm on Sunday. Each day, the demonstration will be followed by Ashley teaching a Bikram Yoga class. The demonstrations and classes are free and open to the public.

Ms. Ogilvy's demonstrations and classes are part of Bikram Yoga Scarsdale's Grand Opening Celebration. Bikram Yoga Scarsdale, which just opened February 1, has the largest yoga room in Westchester County. The Grand Opening Celebration will include free yoga classes at 7:30 am, 9:30 am and 2 pm.
