Golden Opportunity for Platinum Drive Realty

Platinum Drive Realty is pleased to announce the grand opening of their new office at the Golden Horseshoe, which
will complement their office in Scarsdale Village.

They will also hold a free public celebration on Saturday, December 1st from 2:00-5:00 p.m. with food, balloon art, cotton candy, face painting, a visit from Frosty the Snowman, giveaways and more.

“We are so happy to be opening a new location at the Golden Horseshoe. Many of our agents grew up in the area and used to come here as kids, so this is truly life coming full circle.  The new location will give our clients an opportunity to search for properties in a comfortable atmosphere with the latest technology, and our clients will be able to bring their kids to play in Platinum Drive’s Playhouse.  It’s all part of making real estate an enjoyable, rewarding and first rate experience,” said Zach Harrison, President of Platinum Drive Realty.

Zach and his wife Heather Harrison founded Platinum Drive Realty in 2006 with the goal of bringing a fresh, professional approach to real estate. Both Heather and Zach grew up in Scarsdale (Class of 1991) and now live here with their young family. Prior to starting Platinum
Drive Realty, Zach worked as an attorney for an International law firm and Heather was a reporter for News 12 Westchester and a marketing and public relations consultant. Heather’s Grandmother Sunny Dubbs owned her own Scarsdale real estate company in the 1970’s and 1980’s and her brother Jordan Dubbs is a top local builder. “We knew it was in our blood and felt who better to sell Westchester than people who grew up here and are now raising their families here,” said Heather Harrison, Executive Vice-President, and winner of the Westchester Magazine Five Star Award and the Diamond Award for Sales Excellence, the most prestigious sales award given annually by the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.

Platinum Drive has assembled a team of energetic agents, many of whom that not only grew up in the areas they serve, but who also have worked in professional industries prior to joining the real estate field.  According to their bios on the firm’s web site www.platinumdr.com, the firm’s
agents have worked as lawyers, business owners, marketing and finance professionals, as well as teachers.  “Our agents understand the importance of client relationships, responsiveness and the need for detailed analysis. We are on top of every technological advancement, and bring cutting edge research and marketing strategies to each transaction,” said Zach Harrison.  Platinum Drive’s approach has been paying dividends for their clients.  HGMLS data shows that Platinum Drive is the fastest growing real estate firm in the Scarsdale  / Edgemont market and has sold a higher percentage of its listings this year than any other firm in Scarsdale and Edgemont.
