Organic, From Kitchen to Vineyard
Friday, January 25, 2013, 7:00pm until 9:30pm

Scarsdale resident and food educator Jennifer Rossano presents a food tasting and educational event. Vintology's Dean Morretta and Elizabeth Miller share an organic wine tasting and clear up any confusion about organic, biodynamic and sustainable winemaking!  Four served courses will pair with four fine wines.

Spiced Butternut Squash Soup  Winter Greens with Hazelnut-Shallot Vinaigrette Roasted Pork Loin with Herb Jus and Port Sauce  Braised Kale Parsnip & Potato Puree Flourless Chocolate Cake
