The next session of Walk Live Workout offered through Scarsdale Adult School begins on 10/26 at 11 am. This is not your typical stroll around the block. It is an indoor walk aerobic workout that torches calories, burns fat and reduces stress. The instructor is the first Walk Leader certified by walk guru Leslie Sansone to lead her program in Westchester!

There has to be some degree of accountability regarding our tax dollars. We are the highest-taxed county in the nation and we can't afford notebooks and post-it notes? As a community member, I am not going to "lend a hand." I already do that with my tax dollars.
