Meditation:Just Do It!

 Meditation: Just Do It! Another presentation in the Vital Aging series offered by Scarsdale Edgemont Family Counseling Service. Back by popular demand, Andria Cassidy, RN, BS. will present meditation and visualization techniques. Ms. Cassidy encourages people to make meditation a regular practice in their daily life. She believes that meditation can help maintain a state of wellness and reduce the symptoms of stress, hypertension, pain and many chronic diseases. She says, "Meditation is simple, non-invasive, inexpensive and has strong therapeutic value."
