Putting a new spin on a women’s networking event – The Third Go-Getter Girls & Grapes event - Tuesday, October 8th at Vintology in Scarsdale
In today’s world, women are always looking to connect through professional and social networking events and we’re pleased to
present a new spin on the theme.
Out of a brainstorming session between
Vintology General Manager, Elizabeth Miller and Gallery
Owner/Entrepreneur Lisa Cooper, came the idea to create an evening with
networking and money making opportunities for women to pursue as a full
time business or incremental revenue stream.
According to Lisa Cooper, “I
left a full time corporate job after more than 20 years to start my own
business in
1998. I have survived through the recession and while my art business
continues to build and grow, art buying is a long decision making
process. So, I also began to think about other ways to bring in
incremental income. I was introduced to my “side business” by a woman I
met at a networking event in Westchester. Now I get to share two areas
I am passionate about and believe in – health and wellness, and art!"
The Evening will explore and share opportunities within three unique categories and companies.

- Food/Cooking
- Passion/Adult toys
evening will also include networking and a Wine Tasting featuring three
high end wines from female winemakers.. Elizabeth Miller, Vintology
Manager, will briefly give a little bit of fun information on each
female winemaker's journey as a woman in the wine world!
This is the
third Go-Getter Girls & Grapes... the first two events created real
connections between women that have resulted in professional
collaborations, cross promotion, and increased business!
