"A BRASS AFFAIR" is the theme for this week's concert by the 75 member Westchester Band under the direction of maestro Alan Hollander. The concert will feature Andrew Dolgon performing the "Ellerbee Tuba Concerto", Karen Froelich, French Horn, playing her own arrangement of "Nessun Dorma" and a composition by Milton Kabak written for the entire French Horn section. In addition, you'll be treated to light classics, marches, Dixieland and the popular "Mystery Tune" which could win you a prize from one of Scarsdale's better merchants. The summer series is sponsored by the Scarsdale Department of Parks and Recreation and Friends of Westchester Band. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy another wonderful evening in downtown Scarsdale. Rain location: Scarsdale H.S. auditorium.
