How to Talk About Tasting

Thursday, February 13, 6:30-8pm

How did shoe leather and quince get into my wine?  This introductory class to wine tasting and its language explores important factors that contribute to overall taste. As we sample three distinct wines, we’ll consider what is meant by body, acidity, tannin, oak, sweetness, finish and flavor notes.  You’ll be able to determine and explain your personal taste, and successfully select wines that please your palate in the future!
