Alzheimer’s Action Day: A Hopeful New Direction

"Dr. Maria Carrillo, Senior Director of Medical and Scientific Relations at the Alzheimer’s Association, will speak about the latest global research on Alzheimer’s.  Dr. Carrillo is one of the nation’s thought-leaders on Alzheimer’s issues and works closely with the current administration, public and private leaders in business, government, and science to create partnerships and solve problems to accelerate Alzheimer’s breakthroughs.  She has been featured on CBS Evening News, NBC Nightly News, CNN, BBC America and Telemundo.  She has also been cited in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal."
