Feed, Play, Love - a Benefit for the Hungry and Homeless

The Greenville Community Church, in partnership with The Westchester Coalition For The Hungry and Homeless, proudly announce their second annual  “ Feed, Play, Love” food drive variety show held in the sanctuary of Greenville Community Church, located at 270 Ardsley Road, Scarsdale, New York.

 

On Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., Greenville Community Church will host an outstanding consortium of professional, avocational and student performers in musical and theatrical acts for all ages, ranging from favorite selections of the Broadway and Classical repertoire to Shakespeare and even magic. Performers will include students from the Hoff Barthelson Music School in Scarsdale, the Manhattan School of Music, New York performance ensemble, O Sole Trio, actors from the Hudson Warehouse Theater Company in Manhattan as well as many talented young high school students from Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley, Hasting and Edgemont. The Master of Ceremonies for the evening will be Greenville Community Church’s director of music, Giuseppe Spoletini.

Admission for the event is any non-perishable food item. There are over 140 food pantries, soup kitchens and homeless shelters in Westchester County providing vital services to the hungry and homeless in our midst. The post holiday season is a particularly difficult time for these organizations. Let’s show our love and play so we can feed more families in 2012.
