'The Bare Bones' at Greenburgh Nature Center

From greenburghnaturecenter.org:

Have you ever read a skull? Bare bones tell a story about the animal they once belonged to. Did that animal hunt for its food or was it adapted to avoid becoming food? Was it an omnivore, herbivore, or carnivore? What sort of terrain did it live on? How did it protect itself? The skeleton holds many of the answers. Join Naturalist Educator Greg Wechgelaer to discover how to read some “Bone-afide” animal bones and then get an up-close visit with some of the GNC’s coolest predators and prey. Best for ages 5 and over. Members $2, Non-members $6 per person.
