Family Farm Fridays! at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Fridays, May 16 - June 20, 4 - 5 pm (no class June 6). Explore the farm and garden and learn what products come from our local farms through cooking and creative projects!

Fridays with Franklin at The Voracious Reader. Meet our treasured and wonderful-with- children Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Franklin enjoys being read to (and any other attention as well).

Little TreeHuggers - Splendiferous Spring at Teatown Lake Reservation. 2 – 3 year olds accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Our budding naturalists use their senses to explore the natural world in this 6 week program.

Yoga in the Orangerie at Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum. A beginner/intermediate-level class suitable for those who want to deepen their practice in a steady, mindful approach. Taught by certified Anusara® yoga teacher Ann Casapini in a serene, sunlit space. Ten classes.

42nd Street – Buffalo Cast at Westchester Sandbox Theater. Based on the novel by Bradford Ropes it focuses on the efforts of famed dictatorial Great White Way director Julian Marsh to mount a successful stage production of a musical extravaganza at the height of the Great Depression.

The Art of Video Games  at Hudson River Museum. It's all here - over 40 years of video games from the Atari VCS to PS3. Experience it all through still images, video footage, and playable games in the galleries. See the games, find your favorites and play them at the Museum!

HIGHLIGHTS TOUR at Storm King Art Center. Join a 2 p.m. daily highlights tour for an introduction to Storm King and sculptures sited on Museum Hill. Forty-five minutes to one hour in length. Please meet in front of the Visitor Center.

 Rhyme Time By The Hudson at Boscobel . A new series of interactive, educator-led playgroups is designed for children ages 1-5 with their parents, grandparents or caregivers and takes place in Boscobel’s pavilion tent, as well as its inspirational Hudson River scenic overlook.

LIGHTSCAPES at Van Cortlandt Manor. The creators of the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze present an EXCITING NEW experience: An immersive journey into a springtime garden fantasy featuring colorful creatures and fantastic flowers

Full Moon Hike at the Pratt Nature Centerr. Hike the lower fields at the Pratt Nature Center by the light of the full moon then warm up by the campfire with marshmallows! Don't forget your flashlights for this fun, free, outside activity perfect for the whole family.

Story Trek Self-Guided Hike at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Sundays, May 11 - Sunday, May 25, 9 am - 5 pm Celebrate Children's Book Week by enjoying pages of a great children's book as you hike our trails.

Colorful Serpents at Teatown Lake Reservation. Come for a story and meet some colorful and patterned snakes. Then make your own colorful snake to take home. Families with children under 7.

Mtn. Laurel Outdoor RecFest at Taconic Outdoor Education Center. Unplug the computer & visit a NYS Park. Paddle a canoe or take a nature walk. Learn about orienteering, outdoor skills, birds or challenge yourself on our adventure course. Day ends with a live wild life presentation. Food & beverages. Sorry no pets

TEACHING TRAILS: A COMMUNITY PATH FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION at Greenburgh Nature Center.  Guided Trail Experience through the woodland forest. Discover who left that track, which tree makes the best animal home, or which mushrooms make the best dinner. Program runs approximately 45 minutes. FREE!

MEET THE ANIMALS  at Greenburgh Nature Center. A naturalist presents an informative program that allows you to get up close and hands-on with some of the Nature Center's live animals! What wild fun will you have today?

Shark Dive Observation at the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk. The Maritime Aquarium's dive team spends quality time with the sand tiger sharks, lemon shark and other creatures. Thanks to a cool communication link, you can even talk with the divers while they're in the exhibit with the sharks!
