Everyone always thinks that Tuesdays are the week's low point when it comes to activities to do with kids. Not so in our area! Here are our picks for Tuesday Family Fun this week:

Tuesday, September 24: Sensory Jump Time at Pump It Up of Norwalk. Pump It Up has created a sensory-friendly environment specific for kids on the autism spectrum. Kids can make new friends, jump, slide and play sensory-friendly games. Please RSVP as this program is not open to the general public.

Tuesday, September 24: Fall PreK Storytime Registration at Bethel Public Library. Fall Pre-School Storytime Registration Begins at the Bethel Library! Sign your preschool aged kids up for story time fun! They'll have a lot of fun with our stories, activites, DVD's and simple crafts . Limit: 15 children per session

How about a safe place to meet for play dates in a fun learning environment? Introducing Preschool Power Pals! Tuesday, September 24: Mommy's Morning Off at Pump It Up of Norwalk. Kids will enjoy games, crafts, snack time and lots of bouncing and sliding fun in our giant inflatable filled arenas while you catch up on errands, shop, get together with friends.....or just relax. Tuesday, September 24: By Her Hand: Art of Native American Women & the Photographs of Edward S. Curtis at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. September 21 - December 3, 2013 Come and "meet" the Native American women who transformed everyday objects with personal expressions of artistic flair.

Tuesday, September 24: Outdoor Birds of Prey Feedings at Earthplace - The Nature Discovery Center. Bring your kids down to Earthplace today and learn all about our birds of prey as we go about the important business of feeding them! This fun program is free with admission and does not require registration.

Tuesday, September 24: There's A Map For That at Fairfield Museum and History Center. There’s a Map for That! explores many faces of Connecticut and the whys and ways of mapping them with large-scale, full-color reproductions of rarely-seen historic maps from the 18th century to the present.

Tuesday, September 24: Sukkot Concert Featuring the Hebrew Wizard Family Band at Stamford JCC. Join us for a special treat in the sukkah and a fabulous family-friendly Sukkot concert. Free to all!
