congrat's REGENERON ON BEING NAMED #1 in the world

Congratulations to  Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., one of Greenburgh's major bio tech companies, on being named by SCIENCE Magazine as  the #1 employer in the global biopharmaceutical industry in the journal's annual Top Employers Survey for the second year in a row.  Regeneron currently employs over 1,500 employees at the Landmark in Eastview.  Regeneron is located near another Greenburgh asset: Madison Square Garden's training facility for the NY Knicks, Liberty and Rangers team.  On Monday Regeneron broke ground to build another 300,000 square feet of lab and office space on property across the street from their Greenburgh offices- in Mt Pleasant. Another 400 jobs will be created!

The campus that currently houses Regeneron and other bio tech companies is becoming the bio tech capital of the Hudson Valley. This morning I was approached by representatives of another bio tech company that is hoping to build another lab at the Greenburgh portion of the Landmark  campus -in 2014.
