Memo from our new Acting Commissioner of Planning...

The applicant proposes the construction of a three (3) story 5,100 sq. ft. office building and associated site improvements. A vacant gas station exists on the site and is proposed to be demolished. The site contains one (1) curb cut on Ardsley Road and two (2) curb cuts on Central Park Avenue. The applicant proposes to eliminate two (2) of the curb cuts and have the site function with one (1) curb cut on Central Park Avenue. The property consists of approximately 10,429 sq. ft. and is situated on the northeast corner of the intersection of Central Park Avenue South and Ardsley Road. The property is located in the CA Central Avenue Mixed-Use Impact District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 8.530-362-5.

Site Plan – Planning Board

Special Permit – Planning Board (Board for the off-street parking spaces that are proposed below the proposed building in an unenclosed garage)

Planning Board Steep Slope Permit

Landscaping Buffer Waivers – Planning Board

Area Variances – Zoning Board of Appeals

Tree Permit  - Town Forestry Officer
