TOWN TO HIGHLIGHT DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOODS ON YOU TUBE

GOAL:  HELP REALTORS....INCREASE PROPERTY VALUES...ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO WANT TO MOVE INTO DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOODS...HIGHLIGHT THE BEST EACH NEIGHBORHOOD HAS TO OFFER...

Greenburgh Town Clerk Judith Beville and I are coordinating a new initiative to promote different neighborhoods around town. A planning meeting, open to the community, will be held at Greenburgh Town Hall tomorrow evening (Thursday, Nov 7) at 7:30 PM.

The goal: highlighting the best that different neighborhoods have to offer. The You Tube segments will  help realtors sell homes around town. We want people to want to move into our community. A video featuring activities, programs, parks, and community leaders could persuade people that Greenburgh is the town they want to move to with their families.

Neighborhood groups / Civic Associations are invited to help create video presentations highlighting their specific communities with three (3) or four (4) major features.  The video should include “B-Roll” or background footage of activities, images, events, etc. that convey pride in one’s community.  The video may also include upfront interviews with residents around specific topics.  The audiences may include prospective residents, realtors, and persons from anywhere who are curious about the quality of life in the Town of Greenburgh!

Help us plan this ongoing initiative.

Wanted...Residents who can help produce the you tube segments...commentators who would like to appear on the You Tube video...camera crew members...writers...

Hope to see you tomorrow evening.
