A Scarsdale man is the latest individual to accuse Westchester Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski of impersonating a police officer, according to WCBS. In the latest incident, a 26-year-old Scarsdale man has told the Journal News that Borodowski flashed a badge and told the him to pull over when the two were driving on I-87 near the Yonkers-Bronx border. The Scarsdale man's passenger recorded the incident on video and turned it over to police.
Borodowski, who is a Rabbi at Congregation Sulam Yaakov in Larchmont, has been accused of doing the same thing in the past. Earlier in June, a woman said Borodowski got mad at her for driving the posted speed limit in a school zone on Mamaroneck Avenue. She says the Rabbi yelled at her out his window and flashed a fake police badge. The woman called police who later arrested Borodowski for felony impersonation, according to WCBS.
