Scarsdale PD: $14K In Fraudulent Charges

A Scarsdale woman reported to that she had $14,000 in fraudulent charges made to her credit card.

The alleged ID thief used the resident's Citi credit card at the Apple Store in White Plains and racked up $14,000 in charges, according to the SPD report.

On September 5, the BramBach Road woman told SPD that someone obtained her name, birthday and social security number to access her credit card account.

The resident reported the incident to Citi Bank's fraud department.
