Scarsdale Police: Portchester Man Arrested On Warrant

Scarsdale Police arrested a Portchester man on a warrant on September 20.

Police arrested Thomas N. Barr, 44, on a warrant after he turned himself in at SPD Headquarters, according to the police report.

He is charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle from a Feb. 27 incident, according to SPD.

Barr was arrainged in Scarsdale Village Justice Court and released on personal recognizance pending a September 26 hearing.
