State Police Arrest CT Man On DWI In Scarsdale
The following information is provided by the NY State Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
On August 12, at approximately 9:25 pm, the New York State Police in Hawthorne arrested Joseph Iacobellis, age 66, of Stratford, CT, for Driving While Intoxicated after a vehicle and traffic law stop for moving from a lane unsafely and for driving his motor vehicle off the paved roadway.
Iacobellis submitted to a chemical test resulting in a .11% Blood Alcohol Content. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable on 8/29/12, in Village of Scarsdale.
