Year Three in the Disappearance of Lauren Spierer

Robert and Charlene Spierer have filed lawsuits against the men they believe may have information about their daughter Lauren's disappearance on June 3, 2011.

Edgemont resident Lauren Spierer, a 20-year-old student at Indiana University, went missing on June 3, 2011, after a night out with friends in Bloomington, IN, and her parents are steadfastly continuing their pursuit to find out what happened to her.

In a report in The Journal News marking Tuesday's third anniversary of Lauren's disappearance, Robert and Charlene Spierer discuss the pain that continues to haunt them and their efforts to wrest information from the three men they believe may have knowledge of what happened to Lauren.

"It seems like this just happened, like it was just this past June," Charlene Spierer told The Journal News. "I still have Lauren's text messages on my phone, her voice messages. It's almost like we're still waiting."
