Scarsdale And Edgemont Boards Meeting Tonight

Today is a busy Tuesday in Scarsdale. On top of today's , the Village Board of Trustees, Edgemont School Board of Education and Scarsdale School Board of Education are all meeting tonight.

The is holding a special meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. This public meeting, held in the District Office wing of Scarsdale High School, will include a vote on the BOCES (Boards of Cooperative Educational Services) 2012-2013 estimated administrative budget and also hold a vote for two trustees to serve on the BOCES Board.

Over at the are meeting at 8:00 p.m. The BOT is set to discuss several agenda items, including a resolution to adopt the 2012-2013 village budget; establishing an associate village historian position; and written communications regarding Ritchbell Road construction.

The meeting is being held at Edgemont Junior-Senior High School at 8:15 p.m. tonight. The BOE is set to discuss Edgemont's transportation policy; new referral students for special education; and personnel changes. Also tonight, the BOE is acknowledging Eugene Kim, a Semifinalist in the U.S. Department of Education’s 2012
Presidential Scholars Competition.
