Last Chance: SAT Prep At Scarsdale Teen Center

The following is an announcement from the Scarsdale Teen Center:
SAT Boot Camp, an intensive two-day workshop, comes to the Scarsdale Teen Center September 29 and 30. The Teen Center has partnered with Catalyst Prep to offer students an opportunity to learn and optimize test-taking strategies. Topics covered include: cracking math questions that stump more than 90% of the test takers; crafting a perfect score SAT essay, regardless of the question; spotting hidden clues which instantly reveal the main idea in a lengthy paragraph; and maintaining focus & clarity under pressure.

The deadline to enroll is 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 26. Walk-ins discouraged and will only be accepted if supplies are available. The workshop runs from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on both the days at the Scarsdale Teen Center, 862 Scarsdale Avenue. Information and enrollment can be found at www.catalystPrep.com. The cost is $165.
