Scarsdale's BOE Changes Meeting Location

Editor's Note: The following was provided by the town. 

The Board of Education of Scarsdale UFSD will meet on Monday, November 5, 2012, at Scarsdale High School, 2 Brewster Road, Scarsdale.  Please note that the location of the meeting was changed from Greenacres Elementary School, as previously scheduled, because of the Greenacres School  being without electrical power.  The Board meeting will be as follows:

1.  At 6:30 p.m. the Board will meet as the Audit Committee with the external auditors concerning the recently completed audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.  This meeting will take place in the Board Conference Room in the District Offices at Scarsdale High School.

2.  At 7:15 p.m. the Board will meet with Greenacres parents and other Greenacres constituents inRoom 170-172 in the Board of Education wing of the high school. 

3.  At 8:00 p.m. the Board's business meeting will begin.  The Board is expected to approve the audit officially by adopting a resolution.  No other business is on the agenda.

4.  The Board may enter into executive session at the end of the business meting on a contractual matter.

Important note: The High School building has electrical power, but we have no telephone service or Internet connectivity. Neither service is expected to be restored by early next week.
