Snow In Scarsdale Today Causing Cancellations

The Monday forecast is a wet, wintry mix. In Scarsdale, all Scarsdale Public School after-school activities and meetings are cancelled for today (Monday, Jan. 28) due to the weather.

The roads have become slick and icy around Scarsdale Monday thanks to some light snow–which is already causing some afternoon cancellations.

Although less than half an inch of snow will hit Scarsdale today, the slick roads will make for a potentially dangerous drive. Be ready for sleet to join the wintry mix before 2:00 p.m. today and freezing rain to arrive between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
