Increase muscle strength and endurance while improving flexibility, range of motion, and body tone in “Body Sculpting” with Jeannine Palermo at Westchester Reform Temple. Her Thursday section meets from 10 to 11 a.m. starting Oct. 25 and her Tuesday section meets from 11 a.m. to noon starting Nov. 13. Palermo will also be leading a chair-based body sculpting class, “Sit and Be Fit”, on Wednesdays from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Girl Scout House starting Oct. 31.
Tone muscles, lose fat, and feel great with a series of results-driven workouts in “Boot Camp” with Jeannine Palermo at the Girl Scout House on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. beginning Oct. 31 or on Mondays from 1 to 2 p.m. beginning Nov. 5.
Learn the Alexander Technique from Joy Jacobson on Fridays from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Girl Scout House starting Oct. 26. Vinyasa yoga with Char Daigle also resumes on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. starting Oct. 31 or on Mondays from 8 to 9 p.m. starting Nov. 5 at Yoga Station in Hartsdale.
The next “Walk Live Workout” classes commence on Fridays from 11 a.m. to noon at Westchester Reform Temple starting Oct. 26, or on Mondays from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. at Greenville Community Church. Instructor Heather Buyers, certified walk leader in the Leslie Sansone Walk Live Workout program, leads the low-impact aerobic exercise.
Zumba with YeYe Valerio meets Fridays from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Westchester Reform Temple starting Oct. 26 or on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to noon at Greenville Community Church starting Oct. 31. For the active yet older participants, Zumba Gold with Martha Ocequera meets Mondays from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. at Greenville Community Church starting Nov. 5.
