Body Sculpting

Join Scarsdale local Jeannine Palermo for six weeks of Body Sculpting with the Scarsdale Adult School.  For the major muscle groups, these free-weight exercises will increase muscular strength and endurance and will improve flexibility, range of motion, and body tone. Participants will learn to exercise safely and correctly. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome; progress will be according to ability. Bring an exercise mat and 1 to 5 pound weights.
