Join Scarsdale local Jeannine Palermo for six weeks of Boot Camp with the Scarsdale Adult School. Tone muscles, lose fat and feel great with a series of results-driven workouts.  Achieve your best body ever with creative and effective exercises: obstacle courses and relay races for a major calorie burn, push-ups and squats for full-body muscle toning, and core-tightening techniques for flat abs.  Students should bring a mat, water, towel and 3 to 8 pound weights.
