Gina DeMasi leads this six week fitness class for the Scarsdale Adult School.  Pilates is a total body-sculpting system for losing weight and developing long lean muscles.  It improves core strength, flexibility, agility and range of motion.  Classes are modified to suit your fitness level from beginner to intermediate. Bring a mat and towel to the class (light weights optional).
