The Youth Running Club is designed as a non-competitive running club for children of all athletic abilities. Team practices are held twice a week and focus on fun while gradually increasing endurance.
Coach Mike Barnow, founder of the Westchester Puma Track Club, is the program director. Mike has coached seven Olympians and 40 members of his team have qualified for the USA Nationals. His injury-averse coaching is equally inspiring to all runners.
