Scarsdale, Edgemont Open Volleyball Playoffs on Friday

Scarsdale High will enter the Section 1 Class AA girl's volleyball playoffs as the No. 3 seed and host a first-round game 4:30 p.m. Friday against No. 14 White Plains.

Section 1 held its pairings meeting Wednesday morning. The top seeds are John Jay-East Fishkill in Class AA, Yorktown in Class A, Ardsley in Class B and Dobbs Ferry in Class C.

Full brackets with seeding are as follows. First round games will be held on Friday. Game times are at 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise indicated and subject to change
