Scarsdale Recreation Holding Weekend Events

The Scarsdale Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department has a few activities in store for the weekend.

The following is an update from the Scarsdale Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department:

The Scarsdale will be holding
select leisure programs this weekend. We understand that it has been a very
difficult time for the residents in the community, but we do encourage those who are able to "come out and play."

All ball fields, tennis courts, and paddle courts will be open. Select areas and playgrounds are closed at Corell Park and Willow playground. These areas will be closed off with caution tape. Please use caution at all recreation facilities and while traveling.

The following programs will be held this weekend. If a program you are
registered for is not listed, then it has been cancelled this weekend.

Jr Prep Soccer (K-2nd grade) - Saturday, November 3 and Sunday, November 4. Staff will be organizing games and activities for all registered participants. No soccer training will take place this weekend. An additional make up session will be held next weekend at the normally scheduled time and locations.

Youth Soccer League (3rd -8th grade)- Saturday, November 3. All fields will be open for free play only as we encourage coaches and parents to organize free play for children who attend. No referees will be present for these scheduled games but again, we encourage coaches and parents to assist in managing a fun game. All regularly scheduled games will be made up next Saturday at the same times and locations.
