In my freshman year of high school, I befriended a junior who was a straight A+ student. I asked him what he did to keep his grades up. He told me that after school, he would get down to doing his homework within ten minutes of arriving home. I decided to do the same.

Now I do my homework within an hour of getting home from school. I saw my grades slowly go up from C’s to B’s To B+’s. This gave me a major confidence boost. And for good reason; I was doing homework the way it should be done.
