The 's parking lot was overcome yesterday with more than 60 happy, rambunctious, nervous, and most of all, grateful puppies who traveled to the Briarcliff Manor-based non-profit organization from a high-kill Mississipi shelter.
The puppies are heading off to foster homes and will be up for adoption on Saturday, July 21, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
To adopt a puppy or dog rescued from a high-kill shelter at the SPCA of Westchester, you must complete an application and pay a $325 fee. All dogs must be spayed/neutered.
